Katherine Yang

Katherine Yang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, account services, and project management. Currently serving as Leader of AMER Account Services and formerly as Team Lead for Professional Services at Benchling since September 2021, Katherine has a strong background in client relations and product adoption strategies. Prior roles include Director and Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding at Saama, where Katherine played a key role in customer success operations following the acquisition of Comprehend Systems. Additional experience includes Project Manager at Bracket, where Katherine implemented critical systems for clinical trials, and earlier positions as Product & Project Manager at SysteMedicus and Scientific Coordinator at Medicus Research. Katherine's foundational research experience includes a research associate role at UPMC Wang Lab, studying cancer-related gene expression. Katherine holds a degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
