Saif Hakim is a Software Engineer at Benchling since May 2013, where responsibilities include server operations on-call rotation, serving as the technical lead for an enterprise-grade, policy-based authorization system, and full-stack development of a cloud-based lab notebook and a DNA editor featuring interactive visualizations. Prior experience includes internships at Embark, where Saif designed and implemented server architecture for a mobile transit application, and at The Little Big Company. Saif holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in 2014, and completed high school at Lexington High School in 2010.
