Sam Scott

Sam Scott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of neuroscience and behavior, currently serving as Solutions Delivery Manager at Benchling since May 2020. Previous roles at Benchling include Implementation Consultant and Product Specialist. Prior to that, Sam Scott was a Graduate Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from August 2019 to May 2020, and held multiple research assistant positions at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from January 2016 to July 2019, which included work in Dr. Heather Richardson's Neurobiology of Stress and Addiction Lab. Additional experience includes internships at Harvard Medical School and Briarpatch Pediatrics, as well as a research fellowship at the Schepens Eye Research Institute. Sam Scott earned a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the same institution.
