Tina Arantes has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Tina is currently serving as the Head of Scientific Modalities Product Management at Benchling since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at LiveRamp for seven years, where they held various roles, including Head of Product for Safe Haven Audiences & Collaboration and Onboarding & Measurement. Tina also served as a Product Lead and Product Manager during their time at LiveRamp.

Before joining LiveRamp, Arantes worked as a Product Manager at Ecovec SA, where they introduced design thinking, user testing, and agile product development to shape the company's product culture. Tina was also responsible for leading the product team. Prior to that, they held intern positions at Ecovec SA, where they gained research and development experience.

Arantes started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they were involved in data collection and analytics. Tina also worked as a Research Assistant at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they conducted research on vaccines and evaluated the anti-inflammatory effects of probiotic. Overall, Arantes has a strong background in product management, research, and development.

Tina Arantes completed their undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering. Tina then pursued further education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they recently completed the Stanford Executive Program in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the Scrum Alliance in April 2018.
