Aj Bell

AJ Bell is an experienced professional in brand operations and consumer experience, currently serving as Brand Operations Manager for Product at BENCHMADE since November 2018. In this role, AJ manages a team of customer service representatives, oversees daily workflows, and handles escalation calls for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business customers, while facilitating over 350 calls daily with a low abandonment rate. Previous experience includes roles at Active Water Sports, Crossfit Triple City, adidas, and Total Golf Management, where AJ developed skills in inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. AJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and General Social Science from the University of Oregon.
