Diane Rivera

Diane Rivera is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel at BENCHMADE since November 2021. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Corporate Counsel at LeadVenture from 2020 to 2021 and served as In-House Counsel at Milestone - Americas from July 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included providing legal support for executive leadership and sales teams, as well as advising on compliance and disputes. Additional experience includes serving as Commercial Contracts Attorney/Manager at The Cadmus Group, Inc. from December 2015 to March 2017, and as AVP Contracts & Administration/Attorney at TransCore/DAT from 2007 to 2015. Diane began a career in contracts management at Xerox from 2000 to 2007. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Sociology from Marquette University and a JD from Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School.
