Mike Filander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales management within the outdoor and lifestyle industries. Currently serving as the Field Marketing Manager at BENCHMADE since July 2024, previous roles include International Market Sales Manager at Pit Viper, and Sales Lead at both Faction Skis and FW Apparel. Mike has also held positions as Field Experience Manager at MAMMUT Sports Group AG and Visual Environments Manager at Smartwool, where responsibilities encompassed trade shows, retail design, and consumer events.
