Sara Ritchie

Sara Ritchie has over 19 years of experience at BENCHMADE, advancing from a Receptionist to a Document Control Analyst III. In various roles, Sara has provided administrative and customer service support, contributed to the Special Laser Mark department, and managed warranty and repair processes. Previously, Sara served as a Telecounseling Student Supervisor and Telecounselor at Western Oregon University, playing a key role in student recruitment and advisement. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral and Social Sciences from George Fox University and has utilized systems such as CRM and Syspro throughout the career.
