James Formato began their work experience as an Associate Manager at Joseph Antognoli and Co. in 2010, where they worked until 2017. James then joined SiteZeus as an Intern from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Data Labeler at DialogTech before transitioning to TangoCode Inc as a Data Analyst Intern. James later became a Data Scientist at TangoCode Inc and held that position until early 2021. In 2021, James joined Sagence, Inc. as a Senior Data Analyst, where they worked until November. James is currently employed as a Lead Data Analyst at Benchmark Analytics, starting in October 2021.
James Formato has a Master's degree in Data Science from DePaul University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Economics & International Business from the University of Tampa, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. James also spent a year studying abroad at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2016-2017, focusing on Economics. Before entering college, they attended Fenwick High School until 2014. In addition to their formal education, James obtained certifications in "Introduction to Python for Data Science" and "Introduction to R for Data Science" from Microsoft in 2018.
