Riley M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career as an English teacher at The Olympia Schools and EF Education First in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Riley then worked as a Math and English Teaching Assistant at J. F. Kennedy Elementary School from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they also served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the History Department at Providence College. Currently, Riley is employed at Benchmark Analytics, where they began as a Research Consultant in 2021 and have progressively advanced to Associate Director of Research Consulting and Implementation, and finally, Director of Data and Enterprise Analytics in 2023.

Riley M. has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College, with a double major in Political Science and History. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford, with a focus on Social Sciences.
