Debbie Lee

Debbie Lee is the Founder and Director of Benchmark Collective, a company specializing in global exhibition sales and rebooking. Since founding the ETT Club in 2020, Debbie has served as a Group Leader, providing inspiration and support to the events industry. Additional experience includes roles such as the National Snow Show Business Development Manager at Raccoon Events and the GIANT Health Business Development Manager, alongside leadership positions at Shinesmith and Food Matters Live. With a strong background in commercial roles at GES EMEA, Debbie brings over two decades of experience in managing and developing event sales strategies. Debbie holds a 2:1 degree in History from Kingston University and has A Levels in English, History, and Business Studies from Dane Court Grammar School.
