Lee Freeman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the electrical and construction industries. Currently serving as the Industrial Division Manager at Benchmark Electrical Solutions since January 2025, Lee is responsible for driving growth in the industrial sector and overseeing the successful execution of projects across various sectors, including Oil and Gas and Agriculture. Prior to this role, Lee held positions as Vice President of Preconstruction at BTX Construction Group and Pre-Construction Division Manager at Benchmark Electrical Solutions, where leadership encompassed sales, estimating, and engineering. Lee's earlier experience includes directing operations at Croft Automation, managing business development and production optimization, and serving as a Research Assistant in behavior analysis. Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organization Behavior Management and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
