Alexandru Leca

Alexandru Leca is an experienced Program Manager at Benchmark since June 2021, overseeing cross-functional teams and managing customer relations, project plans, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Prior to this role, Alexandru served as a Prototyping Project Manager at DRÄXLMAIER Group from June 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating prototyping projects, managing budgets, and negotiating with suppliers. Experience began as a Product Engineer at Benchmark Electronics from January 2016 to June 2019, focusing on new product launches and production processes. Alexandru holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Product Design and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, both from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
