Carlos Cazarez

Carlos Cazarez is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in new product introduction and process engineering. Currently serving as the Sr NPI Engineering Lead at Benchmark since August 2022, Carlos has successfully overseen the transfer and introduction of numerous Class III and Class II products, including collaborations with aerospace and industrial customers. Previously, Carlos worked as a Process Engineer Leader at Gecko Alliance, where responsibilities included machinery downtime support and leading multidisciplinary teams for product introductions. Carlos also contributed as a New Product Introduction Engineer at Benchmark and gained valuable experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineering intern at AUTOLIV SAFETY TECHNOLOGY DE MEXICO. Carlos holds a degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana, completed between 2015 and 2020.
