Derek Nietzel, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Benchmark since April 2022. Previously, Derek held the position of Program Manager at Flextronics - Tech Mold from February 2018 to April 2022 and worked at Tech Mold (a Flex company) in various roles including Program Manager/Quoting Engineer and Mold Design Engineer from October 2007 to February 2018. Earlier in Derek's career, a significant tenure at Omega Tool Corp as a Mold Design Engineer/Moldmaker spanned from 1995 to 2007. Derek holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Missouri State University, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Windsor, earned from 1991 to 1995.
