Jayson Cox is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both corporate and retail environments. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Benchmark Electronics, Inc. since April 2016, Jayson oversees daily HR functions at the San Jose manufacturing site. Prior to this role, Jayson was an Executive Team Leader for Human Resources at Target from September 2005 to April 2016, managing the largest work center in a multimillion-dollar store while successfully implementing HR initiatives. Jayson holds a degree in Sociology, Music, and Spanish from Wichita State University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
