Mahlon Leonard

Mahlon Leonard is an accomplished quality engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Engineering at Benchmark since September 2019, Mahlon focuses on enhancing the quality management system at the Concord site. Prior to this, Mahlon was the Quality Manager at FM Industries, overseeing the QA department and customer interfaces. Previous roles include Trainer/Consultant at Get Kaizened, Inc., QMS Compliance Manager for Benchmark Electronics' Precision Technologies Division, Operations Manager at Plethora, and Manufacturing Manager at TIMET. Mahlon’s career includes significant positions at PCC Structurals, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from managing the Quality Assurance department to product development and engineering. Mahlon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
