Nicole Young

Nicole Young currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Benchmark, where responsibilities include leading a global high-potential leadership program resulting in successful promotions and enhancing employee engagement through strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes a decade at Universal Technical Institute in various leadership and development roles, contributing to talent assessment and implementing strategic communication plans. Nicole's extensive background in instructional design spans multiple organizations, including Ticketmaster and VistaCare, where innovative training solutions and compliance programs were developed. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Arizona State University. Additionally, Nicole achieved a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo in 2023.
