Paul A. Olson

Paul A. Olson has extensive experience in program management and leadership in the aerospace and defense sector, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Benchmark Electronics since July 1997. In this role, Paul leads a cross-functional team focused on meeting corporate and customer metrics and has successfully directed business transitions between sites. As a Business Unit Director, Paul managed multiple customer product teams, emphasizing objectives related to quality and sector growth while implementing continuous improvement strategies after undergoing Green Belt Training. Additionally, Paul has served as a Board Member and Past President of the Bottineau Public Schools Board of Education from 2008 to 2017, and was the Past Chairman of the Site Committee for Metigoshe Ministries from 2010 to 2016. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and History from Concordia College.
