Reza Bayat is a strategic and transformational leader with over 15 years of global experience in quality systems and engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Global Quality System at Benchmark, Reza has previously held roles including Senior Quality Engineer at Benchmark Electronics, Quality Assurance Specialist at Henkel, and Director of International Business Development at IKCO. Reza holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Science and Technology and Tarbiat Modares University, respectively.
