Robb Royse

Robb Royse has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Robb started their career as an Analyst at Anthony Liberatore and Associates, where they analyzed property valuations and argued cases in front of the Arizona State Board of Equalization and tax court.

Robb then moved on to EY, where they became a Senior Manager and gained extensive experience serving public and high-growth private clients in industries such as technology, retail, and hospitality. Robb also played a role in campus recruiting, leading firm trainings, and EY's Entrepreneur of the Year program.

In 2015, Robb became an Executive Committee Member at MIT Enterprise Forum Phoenix, where they contributed to the organization's mission of accelerating the creation and growth of technology companies.

After leaving EY, Robb joined Dermavant Sciences as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Reporting. In this role, they redesigned and implemented a new budgeting process for the company during its IPO activity.

Currently, Robb is serving as the VP, Corporate Controller at Benchmark. Their responsibilities include overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and risk management functions for the company, which provides comprehensive solutions in various industries.

Robb Royse pursued their education at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University. From 1998 to 2002, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy. Following this, Robb continued their studies and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accountancy and Information Systems from the same institution, completing the program in 2003. Additionally, in June 2006, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the state of Arizona.
