Robert Moise

Robert Moise is a PMP-certified Project Manager with over 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, and operations management. They have a history of managing complex international transfers and implementing Lean methodologies, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve tangible improvements in cost, quality, and delivery performance. Robert has served as General Manager at ASAM SA, founded ARM Engineering as a consultant specializing in production line transfers, and is currently a Senior Manufacturing Manager at Benchmark Electronics. They hold both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Transilvania University of Brasov. Passionate about project management and continuous improvement, Robert is open to international and remote opportunities.
