Sean Smith

Sean Smith has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Benchmark Electronics since June 1999. In this role, Sean Smith takes full manufacturing responsibility, leading products through various stages, oversees documentation changes, reports on new product launch activities, and employs statistical tools for quality improvement. Prior to this position, Sean Smith worked as a Product Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Benchmark Electronics, where responsibilities included directing work cell process improvements and monitoring work cell performance metrics. Sean Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
