Benchmark Group

In the broadest sense, Benchmark Group is a focused lifestyle brand that integrates holistic health, fitness, and wellness, and smart, form-driven, sustainable design to curate lifestyle and cultivate healthier vertical communities and buildings.

Since its debut in 1999, Benchmark has evolved from holistic fitness training to an innovative, fully integrated network of services, partnering with thousands of residential clients to become an industry leader in lifestyle services.

As the company expands into the domain of design, it challenges traditional amenity planning, by first designing demographic-specific lifestyle programming before exploring spatial planning and design of the physical space. This innovative approach serves the interest of developers, owners and residents simultaneously and ensures that Benchmark delivers on its name. Already, we have had a significant influence on the way developers commit to wellness within well-appointed environments.

Pretty soon, more than 100,000 residents across North America will have Benchmark’s benefits within reach. Our impact is our point of pride.

Movement Haus

Movement Haus was founded in 2010 with the express purpose to improve the environments in which people pursue their health and fitness goals.

By branding health and fitness amenities, we are positively shaping the future of condominium living. Applying the services established by Benchmark Group, we are redefining state-of-the-art wellness environments by harnessing the combined expertise of developers and internationally recognized architecture and design firms to conceive noticeably different, exceedingly functional amenities and healthier, sustainable buildings.

Beyond our consulting expertise, developers leverage Movement Haus to increase the value of their projects, lease rental units, increase and improve overall sales and further enhance their brand position.

Already, we have completed more than 150 residential projects.
