Aaron Horn has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Aaron is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Benchmark, Inc. since 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at The New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative (NewBoCo), including Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Board President, and Board Member. Aaron also co-founded and served as the President of Beat Cancer Today, Inc. since 2009. Furthermore, Aaron founded Corrobo, a review service, and worked as the Director of IT at Iowa Interstate Railroad. Additionally, they worked as a CIO Consultant and later as the Chief Information Officer at Radiology Protocols. Aaron also held Information Technology Manager positions at BASF, Becker Underwood Inc., Colorbiotics, and Nitral Urbana Laboratórios Ltda.
Aaron Horn attended Adel DeSoto Minburn from 1994 to 1998 for their high school education. Aaron then pursued higher education at Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 1998 to 2001. At Iowa State University, they obtained a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Entrepreneurship. Aaron has also obtained several additional certifications, including being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2017, completing the Venture Deals program by Techstars in November 2017, and becoming a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in August 2014.
