Natasha Connor

Natasha Connor is an experienced environmental and laboratory manager with a robust background in the development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems in compliance with ISO standards. Currently serving as the Environmental Systems Manager at Benchmark Holdings plc since May 2022, Natasha oversees various facets of environmental management including risk analysis and performance improvement. Previously, Natasha held roles at Mitsubishi Chemical UK as a Laboratory Manager, focusing on HR and line management within ISO frameworks, and at Lucite International, initially as a Laboratory Analyst and later as a Laboratory Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing laboratory operations and supporting strategic planning. Natasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Teesside University and has participated in a sponsorship program as a Young Scientist, gaining practical experience and completing NVQs in Laboratory and Associated Technical Activities.
