Chris Lawrence, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Fermilab since June 2022, Chris also works as a Consultant at BenchPrep, focusing on HR certification training content development. Previous positions include HR Manager at Franciscan Ministries and LumiSource, and roles at Sitka Salmon Shares, DHL eCommerce Americas, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment to career services.
