Jessica Braid

Customer Success Manager at Benchprep

Jessica Braid has worked for three companies since 2015. Jessica began their career as a Traveling Brand Ambassador for ignition inc. in 2015. In 2016, they joined Cerner Corporation as an Adoption Coach and was later promoted to Team Lead | Adoption Manager and Team Lead | Adoption Coach. In 2020, they joined BenchPrep as a Customer Success Associate. In their roles, they have managed projects, organized travel logistics, provided post-sales software support, and increased physician solution knowledge and satisfaction with Cerner's Electronic Health Record (EHR). Jessica has also supported the daily logistical and administrative needs of the Special Olympics L. A. World Games Unified Relay Across America Torch Run with the Flame of Hope.

Jessica Braid obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication from Denison University between 2012 and 2016. In October 2022, they obtained a Customer Success Certification from Sales Assembly, and in August 2022, they obtained a Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering Certification from Sales Assembly.
