Joseph Banass

Joseph Banass has a wealth of work experience. Joseph began their career in 2010 as a Production Operator at Panduit, where they were responsible for ensuring machines were running smoothly and efficiently, and performing quality control on the plastic connection tips. Joseph also had general duties, such as maintaining a clean area and ensuring machines had enough material. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Morse Data Corporation, first as an Intern, then as a Programmer Analyst, and finally as a Software Engineer. In 2019, they joined BenchPrep as a Software Engineer, and later as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2010, they also worked at Target as an Electronics Sales Associate, where they helped the store attain daily sales goals and had to troubleshoot systems.

Joseph Banass began their educational journey at Lincoln-Way East High School, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Joseph then attended Joliet Junior College from 2010 to 2012 before transferring to DePaul University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2014.
