Joshua Smith has been in the work force since 2017. Joshua began their career as a General Manager at Five Guys Enterprises. In 2018, they moved to Capstone Restaurant Group, where they held the same position and managed a diverse staff of 20 to 30 employees, conducted hiring interviews, completed the on-boarding process for new hires, and created a weekly schedule to meet labor matrix standards. In 2020, they became an Information Technology Support Specialist at ISPN HelpDesk + Network Services. In 2021, they transitioned to Ascend Learning as an IT Support Specialist. Currently, they are a Product Support Specialist at BenchPrep.

Joshua Smith attended Centriq's IT Career Program from 2020 to 2020, where they earned an IT degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Joshua attended the University of Central Missouri from 2004 to 2006 and earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
