Nicholas D. has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. Nicholas began their career in 2002 as an Information Technology Intern at Stora Enso. In 2003, they became a Systems Analyst at Fiserv Health, which was acquired by United Healthcare in 2006. Nicholas then moved on to eVentive LLC as a Senior Consultant in 2006. In 2007, they were a Web Developer at CarePages Inc., followed by a Web Developer role at My Health and Money in 2009. In 2010, they were the Lead Developer at Active Radius, LLC and Co-Founder & Lead Developer at WisePatient (acquired by Sharecare Inc.). In 2011, they were a Senior Developer at Eight Bit Studios and Director of Engineering at BenchPrep. In 2012, they were a Contractor at Sharecare, Inc. In this role, they performed maintenance and support of the legacy WisePatient.com platform, as well as UI development of Sharecare's new online scheduling platform. At BenchPrep, they oversaw the entire engineering department, worked directly with customer leadership, and built four additional off-shore engineering teams. Nicholas also established and tracked engineering KPIs, documented and delivered incident reports, and worked with technology leadership to ensure company OKRs were met.
