Ray Curran has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In 2010, they worked as a Homelessness Team Intern at the Auckland City Mission in New Zealand. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Epic as an Implementation Services/Project Manager, where they were certified in EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart, Beacon, Stork, EpicCare Link, Nurse Triage, Orthopaedics, and reporting. During this time, they also taught Thrive After Go-Live classes. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer, where they worked directly with clients during initial design sprints and developed applications and websites using HTML5/CSS, Ruby, JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, BootStrap, APIs, Object Oriented Programming, and Rails. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at G2 Crowd, where they implemented and improved features on a customer facing site with a large code base, while maintaining code to keep it as clean and easy to update as possible. Finally, they are currently working as a Software Engineer at BenchPrep.

Ray Curran attended Boston University from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. In 2016 and 2017, Ray attended Dev Bootcamp for Web Development.
