Celine oversees company-wide recruitment across various departments, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive impactful research and development in biomedical AI. Prior to BenchSci, Celine spent over six years at Vendasta, where roles included Culture & Engagement Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Celine's early career includes research and client service positions, and Celine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Saskatchewan.
