Simeon Wong

Simeon Wong is a Senior R&D Engineer at BenchSci, focusing on accelerating drug discovery through robust data and AI. They are currently conducting research on brain mechanisms related to epilepsy, sleep, and attention at the SickKids Research Institute and the University of Toronto. Simeon served as a Teaching Assistant for various courses at the University of Toronto and has held roles as a Doctoral Researcher and Biomedical Engineering Co-op at notable institutions. They are also an Instructor at the Data Sciences Institute, contributing to curriculum development and teaching in data science and machine learning. Simeon earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
