Tom Leung

Tom Leung, MSc PhD, is the Founder and CSO of BenchSci since October 2014. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow in Epigenetics at the University of Toronto from November 2015 to June 2016. Tom also worked as a Research Assistant in Virology at the University of Toronto from October 2008 to July 2009.

Tom Leung, MSc PhD, has an impressive education history. Tom completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, where they earned an Honor Bachelor of Science (HBSc) degree in Human Biology from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Virology, which they completed from 2006 to 2008 at the same institution. Continuing their academic journey, Tom obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Epigenetics from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. Such a diverse educational background showcases Tom's expertise in human biology, virology, and epigenetics.
