David Spitz has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

David is currently the Founder & CEO of BenchSights, where they are transforming how businesses utilize benchmarking to drive growth.

In addition, David is a Founding Member of the SaaS Metrics Standards Board, an organization focused on establishing industry standards for SaaS companies.

David is also a Member of Pavilion - CEO Group, a professional network for CEOs.

Prior to their current positions, David served as a Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets for seven years and at Pacific Crest Securities for ten years.

David also held the position of Managing Director at SoundView Technology Group for six years.

Before that, David worked as an Investment Banker at Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, Vice President at CS First Boston, and Associate at The First Boston Corporation.

David's extensive experience in finance and business leadership positions makes him a valuable asset in the industry.

David Spitz's education history is as follows:

David attended Edgemont High School from 1977 to 1981, where they completed their high school education. After high school, they went on to the University of Michigan and studied in the Residential College from 1981 to 1983. David did not earn a specific degree during this time.

In 1983, David enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and pursued a degree in Computer Science. David completed their Bachelor of Science (SB) in Computer Science from MIT in 1986.

After earning their undergraduate degree, David continued their studies at MIT's Sloan School of Management from 1987 to 1989. David pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management.

During their time at MIT, David took a break from their Computer Science studies and pursued a Master of Science (SM) degree in Electrical Engineering/Operations Research. David completed this degree from MIT in 1987.

Overall, David's educational journey involved completing their high school education, attending the University of Michigan, and earning degrees in Computer Science, Business Administration, and Electrical Engineering/Operations Research from MIT.
