Mary Utley, MA, PCC, is the Principal and Executive Coach at Mary Utley - The Heart of Business since June 1998, focusing on enhancing workplace productivity and well-being through positive leadership and strong communication. As an Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator with Tenshey, Inc. since January 2018, Mary supports gender diversity and leadership development across various industries. In addition, Mary serves as a Mentor-Coach for the Women Rising Program at BenchStrength Coaching, LLC, addressing women's unique workplace challenges. Earlier experience includes consulting and executive coaching at The Leamon Group from January 2005 to March 2014, where Mary co-designed leadership programs and emphasized emotional intelligence and communication skills.
