Sandra Mathis

Sandra Mathis is an experienced Human Resources Executive with over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on HR operations management, executive partnership, and organizational structure. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Bend Bioscience, Sandra leads people and culture strategies while overseeing all HR functions. Previously, as Vice President of Human Resources at SCN BestCo, Sandra implemented comprehensive strategies to tackle recruitment and retention challenges for a facility of over 700 employees. Sandra's earlier roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Recro CDMO and HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where significant contributions included driving talent acquisition and enhancing employee development programs.
