Frank Holcomb

Frank Holcomb is a retired manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and marketing. They served as the Manager of Field Marketing at TDS Telecommunications Corp. from 2006 to 2015, where they focused on commercial marketing strategies and community involvement. Previously, Frank held the position of General Manager of Sales and Service in Quincy, Florida. Frank also directed the Gadsden County Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to 2011. They earned a degree in Business from Florida State University and attended Tallahassee Community College.
