Shane West

Shane West has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shane began their career as a Business Research Analyst at Ho-Chunk Nation in 1995. Shane then moved on to work at US Cellular, where they held positions as a Marketing Operations Analyst and later as a Senior Marketing Analyst. In 2001, they joined TDS Metrocom as a Manager in Consumer Marketing and later transitioned to the role of Manager in Strategic Marketing Information. In 2006, Shane joined TDS Telecommunications LLC as the Director of Consumer Marketing and worked their way up to Vice President in Consumer Marketing & Product Development. Shane held various positions within TDS Telecommunications LLC, including Vice President in Marketing and Product Development and Senior Vice President in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations. Most recently, Shane has assumed the role of Senior Vice President in Network Operations and is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at TDS Telecommunications LLC since January 2024.

Shane West received a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the years 1990 to 1995. Shane later obtained an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1995 to 1997.
