Richard Doolan is a principal consultant and executive coach with over 10 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and culture growth. They have a rich background in government, having worked at the Commonwealth, State, and Local levels, including positions as Manager at Centrelink and Chief Operating Officer at ComSuper. In recent years, they served as Workforce Chief at Snowy Monaro Regional Council and held consultancy roles at Interaction Consulting Group and Bendelta. Richard has a strong focus on building relationships and engaging teams in complex government environments.
