Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Bender since April 2025, Nicole also provides advisory services in strategy, finance, restructuring, and family-owned businesses at Bender Advisory Services. Previous positions include Vice President of Finance for Global Business Units and Commercial Pricing at Dentsply Sirona, CFO at POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics, and CFO and Director of Finance at BEUMER Group. Nicole's extensive experience began at Siemens Pte Ltd, where key roles included VP Finance & BA and various financial positions. Nicole holds a Diplom Betriebswirtin (VWA) from Hessische Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie and a Bachelor in Commercial Economics from Hogechool Zeeland.
