Marco Buffon

Marco Buffon is a legal professional with a solid background in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Buffon gained experience as a Trainee Lawyer and later as a Junior Associate and Associate at Linklaters from November 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included working on corporate and M&A matters. Additionally, Buffon served as a Legal Intern focusing on knowledge and learning during the same period. Currently, Buffon holds the position of Legal Counsel at Bending Spoons, specializing in corporate and M&A. In the early career stage, Buffon participated as a team member in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, representing as an oralist in multiple pre-moots and general rounds across various European cities. Educationally, Buffon holds a Laurea Magistrale LM in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Trieste, graduating with highest honors in 2019.
