Bendy Pilates, a movement and wellbeing community dedicated to helping adults, mums, babies and children build strength, confidence and connection through Pilates.

With a strong belief that movement should be accessible, enjoyable and empowering, We run a range of classes across the community including adult Pilates, mum and baby sessions, and creative children’s Pilates programmes.

I am also the creator of The Sloth Squad Pilates Academy with Benny the Bendy Sloth, a fun and imaginative children’s Pilates experience where movement is brought to life through storytelling, animals and adventure. Children might stretch like tall trees, balance like flamingos or crawl like crabs, all while developing strength, coordination and body awareness.

We work with local schools, community venues and families to bring movement and wellbeing to children and adults in an engaging and inclusive way.

Alongside weekly classes, we also run holiday camps and special themed sessions that encourage children to learn through imagination, play and movement.
