Beneath The Gloss is a strategic clarity advisory for founders, executives, and emerging brands in the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle space.

We help people and businesses align what’s beneath the surface — the values, vision, and voice — with what they’re building in the world. Whether you're launching something new or evolving what already exists, we guide you through the most pivotal moments with clarity, depth, and direction.

Founded by Lesley Holmes — a former CMO with over 20 years of brand, marketing, and leadership experience, and an equally long path in personal growth and transformation — Beneath The Gloss blends sharp strategy with deep insight to support growth that’s both meaningful and scalable.

Our services include:

🔹 Strategic Consulting for New Brands
For founders building from the ground up. We help you define your brand identity, refine your product and pricing strategy, and connect with trusted vendors while avoiding the costly and time-consuming mistakes that stall so many early-stage businesses.

🔹 Consulting for Evolving Brands
For established businesses at a turning point. We offer high-level guidance on brand positioning, product evolution, team alignment, and leadership recalibration to help you grow without losing your core.

🔹 Executive Coaching
For leaders navigating change, burnout, or the next level of their growth. We blend deep business insight with emotional intelligence and energetic tools to help you reconnect to your purpose, energy, and impact.

This is where strategy meets soul — and where clarity becomes momentum.
