Beneath the Surface helps teams unleash the superpower of Curiosity to access new depths of Vibrant Leadership and Breakthrough Work.

It’s a different type of business coaching, that reimagines the chaotic waves of distraction, uncertainty and overwhelm...
Then reclaims ownership, to create new conditions where we can thrive again.

A workshop-led approach that works.
Immersing teams in two vital ingredients for high impact.
- Vibrant Leadership: People showing up to lead at their energetic, wholehearted best.
- Breakthrough Work: Bringing big thinking and bold problem solving to the work that matters.

We embrace 3 mindsets of Curiosity, that are applied to everything.
1) Calmness: Paying Attention... to only this moment, so we can see, think, and listen more clearly.
2) Wonder: Being Fascinated... to open the imagination, ask extraordinary questions and see new possibilities.
3) Courage: Go Deeper... to spot the clues, dance with discomfort and take bold actions.

And, as we embody Curiosity, we discover a superpower that opens our minds and hearts, and floods us with new energy and inspiration.
- It illuminates how we see and lead ourselves.
- It heightens our empathy for deeper connection.
- It supercharges our creative thinking and is the #1 enabler of complex, strategic problem solving.

So, if you want to help your people ignite the way they lead and develop the skills and appetite for devouring bold, breakthrough work, then get in touch and let’s go Beneath the Surface!

Ps, Beneath the Surface was founded by me, Kit Blackburn, after 18 years successfully navigating frantically paced organizations on both sides of the Atlantic.
I have a deep passion and expertise for understanding the needs of organizations and their people, and for helping them reimagine a better tomorrow.
I also really love animals... and am happy to discuss the turtle in the logo for as long as you would like!
