Andrejs Strods is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and business development. As Co-Founder and CEO of Blue Bridge Technologies since June 2007, Andrejs has driven innovations in healthcare and insurance through advanced technology solutions. In addition, as Co-Founder of Benebay since September 2015, Andrejs is developing an online self-insurance platform for small and medium-sized employer groups in the USA. Andrejs also serves as Course Director for Entrepreneurship at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, leading a pioneering course focused on cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset in students. Prior roles include board memberships and directorial positions across various companies in the IT and automation sectors, with a focus on international sales and business development. Andrejs holds an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science in Radioengineering from Riga Technical University.
