BeneCare offers Preferred Provider (PPO) and Exclusive Provider (EPO) plans with customizable options for covered services, deductibles, coinsurance, and annual and lifetime limits to fully insured and self-funded groups in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.  

BeneCare also administers dental plans for Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care organizations. Our services include benefits and claims management; enrollment maintenance; actuarial support services; customer service; dental practitioner network development, credentialing, and maintenance; and utilization management.
