Frank Ebers

Frank Ebers is an experienced production manager with international leadership expertise, currently serving as the Produktions- und Betriebsleiter for BENEDICT GmbH since 2022. Previously, Ebers held key positions including Supply- & Produktionsmanager at Linde Gas and Technischer Leiter at Subcon GmbH, managing production operations across various countries. Ebers has a background in engineering, holding a Diplom in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by current studies in Financial Business Management at Universität Graz. With a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing digital planning tools, Ebers has successfully led teams of up to 250 employees.
