Beneficial Ventures (BV) is proud to be Washington’s first Social Purpose Corporation for real estate and a pending Certified B Corp. BV was formed in 2017 from the foundational assets of GreenWorks Realty, the nation's first real estate firm focused on Green Housing which was founded in 2002. 

Our purpose is to facilitate real estate transactions for the benefit of the planet, our communities and our employees. We pledge up to 30% of our commissions to sustainability projects focused on the environment and education. These projects are in partnership with our Beneficial Re-Investment Fund and partnered organizations here in the Northwest.
